Telnor has secured co-investment agreements with regional municipalities and Nordic energy utilities that will share duct infrastructure. Equipment contracts have been awarded to suppliers specializing in bend-insensitive fiber and automated splicing systems. Pilot segments in northern Sweden and western Norway have already achieved average download speeds exceeding 950 Mbps during initial testing phases.

Analysts project the network will support remote work, telemedicine and precision agriculture across the region. Small enterprises in previously low-bandwidth zones anticipate improved access to cloud services and e-commerce platforms.
